“You sleep soundly knowing your project is in good hands.”

— “ With Bavisotto Construction, you not only get high quality workmanship, but you get institutionalized knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, contacts with building inspectors, sub-contractors of all sorts and a real relationship that creates confidence and trust. One notices the attention to detail in how the work site is prepped to minimize debris and protect existing features to not damage areas that were not part of the demo. Everyone on the workforce showed respect for the property and the neighbors. The worksite was always policed to remain orderly and clean. Changes to the plan by us as homeowners was accommodated. Workmanship was superb. Everything was squared, plum, fastened properly, painted completely, and installed with no loose ends. Billing was done in reasonable groupings, and we were given advance notice of when and how much the periodic draws were going to be. Dan Sr. and his 2 sons, Dan Jr. and Paul became as close as family as one can in a commercial setting. I have recommended Bavisotto Construction to several colleagues and friends with the same favorable outcome. The adage ‘if you don’t know your meat, know your butcher’ is so true in the realm of home remodel. There’s lots of detail that at some point you must trust your contractor and that’s where engaging Bavisotto Construction paid off for us. You sleep soundly knowing your project is in good hands.”

“Dan met with us 3 times to walk through the project, review the blueprints and go over not only his thoughts on the project, but suggestions for cabinetry, timeline, and possible changes.”

— We purchased a center entrance colonial with a solid bones but which had never been updated in its 50-year history. On the first floor, the basic plan was to redo the kitchen /dining room into an open floor plan, move the existing sink to another wall, enlarge the first-floor powder room and replace a tv/sitting room with a pantry and closet. On the second floor, the existing bathroom was to be enlarged and updated and repositioned with access to the attic improved by a new stairway. In the basement, a ¾ bath was added. It was close to a complete renovation. Dan met with us 3 times to walk through the project, review the blueprints and go over not only his thoughts on the project, but suggestions for cabinetry, timeline, and possible changes. He presented us with a detailed project estimate which turned out to be within a couple hundred dollars accurate.
